I Had a heated discussion with shashank over the issue that troubles me all the time since the last six months, my point is that there should be clear segregation between individualsaccording to skills, as in grouping them right.
my point is people like Saumin Patel, people who are brilliant comic artists, who have to be 5 years behind, because they have to rub their ass in a degree.
they save their time and then there are parallel people like him achieving things early on, so that compliments an individual's career too..
as in a good comic artist will find a good businessman who will be able to create a profitable comics venture!
his point
he said that we have good enough evrything here the only problem we face is too many people, what i tried to communicate was why can't we lesser the burden by more work on the education, skills and training our resource!
at one point of time even modern school education was not necessary, my DADA was 5th pass and made a good home, managed a big family and died a rich man...
but later it was assumed to be important, not for us we assumed it to be a defacto standard.
i am just trying to say is why not work on the skill system a little bit using all the modern technical, analytical systems we have to help people find their calling ?
i just want to know....
how can i help
the second thought:
on almost all points i just felt negated, so i am just wondering if i've become stubborn and rigid, i have observed this situation earlier with a friend who had made his preconcieved notions, and he perished with the system.
if that's the case, perishing/burnout might be the end goal.
